We seek to understand all prospective candidates just as deeply, using a mix of standard interviewing techniques, challenge setting, video introductions and psychometric profiling.
By the time we’re ready to introduce the person hiring the role to our shortlist of candidates, we usually find that because we have sifted through all of this background material so thoroughly and found a variety of matches that will work, the interviews will be stimulating for both parties. Advertising:
Targeting the open market is a highly effective method to engage active candidates who are looking for specific future job opportunities. We create an advertising campaign on behalf on your business, highlighting the specific skills, experience and attributes required to be successful in the position. We advertise the job vacancy across 12 different platforms, ensuring we maximising the reach of the open market. The recruitment process begins and we shortlist candidates using our four step screening method; a questionnaire, a phone interview, a video interview and psychometric/profile testing. From there, we put forward the shortlisted candidates and arrange interviews.
Database Search:
We have a database of over 50,000 talented individuals that we can tap into to maximise the candidate pool for any position. We have the ability to categorise our search based on specific skill sets, years of experience, geographic location, salary expectations and many more.
Head Hunting:
When recruiting for roles that require particular expertise and experience, head hunting is a valuable method. The individuals who fit a very specific brief are more often than not, already employed. It is our job to search for talent, contact the individual, discuss the position details, then most importantly, sell them on the opportunity to join your business.
Psychometric/Profile Testing:
This is one of our most highly regarded methods in our recruitment process. The Psychometric/Profiling Test is an invaluable tool to assess a candidate or team member’s likelihood of success in any given role. We have put great effort into understanding what makes our high performers, in each specific role, good at what they do. This allows us to compare any potential new recruits (and existing team members) to a known high-performance benchmark and see if they have what it takes in any given role.
